Tuff Jug for marine use

I purchased this Tuff Jug and Ripper cap to fill my boat. Unfortunetly the Ripper Cap does not work wells as the gas port for my boat is on the side of the hull not on the top, so you are unable to hold the jug sideways and press forward to make it pour right without spilling. Therefore the Ripper Cap does not work well on boats with gas ports on the side of the hull. Hoever I did purchase the small marine extension for my jet ski with a gas port ontop of the hull. It is a little tricky to keep the extension on while pressing down on the gas opening without spilling a little, but with a few tries you get it right. with the Ripper cap the fuel does come out quite quick and fill up is really fast on the jet ski.For my boat I had to purchase optional braided hose with valve and the standard cap with plug. This way I could at least get the braided hose to fit in my gas valve opening on the side of my boat without spilling. The braided hose and valve work really well. Downside is that it does not pour fast at all and takes about 5 or more minutes to empty 5 gallons due to not having any other air valves on the 5 gallon can for carburation and faster flow. So that is the drag as well as my having about $70 into 1 gas can alone due to all the additional parts. However it is a much nicer can than anything you can purchas at locals stores or having to pull my boat out of the water to refuel. It is made well and is easy to pick up and transport with the handle. I purchased the can at PowerSports Superstore.com. Freindly staff, however they sent me the wrong item for the gas can and said they would send me instructions to return the item. They have yet to do so and it is over 45 days now and I am out $40 for a gas cap and overnight shipping.
