The NeverKink hose [almost] never kinks
By Terlingua Daily News
I've owned (and discarded) many garden hoses over the last 40 years or so. All of them tended to develop permanent or temporary kinks that restricted flow or shut it off altogether. We bought our first NeverKink hose by Apex about 6 months ago off the sale table at Smith and Hawken (discounted, it was a reasonable price); it worked flawlessly. We went there a few months later and found another. Both were 5/8 inch diameter hose and only 25 feet. No kinks. So I splurged and bought the 3/4 inch Commercial from Amazon after researching the manufacturer's website and reviews, this time buying the 100 foot version. The result: pure pleasure! On the rare occasion when there is a kink occasioned by heavy twisting, it's temporary and there is no sign of the kink once it has been unkinked, and no tendency to re-kink at that location on the hose. The machined (not stamped) brass fittings at both ends of the hose are really heavy duty, strain-reinforced at the faucet end, built to last.Don't know about cold weather (we don't have much in Southern California) but at about 45ºF. it is still quite flexible. I would heartily recommend this hose based on our extensive use of it.

Extremely heavy duty.
By Kyle B. Kennedy
Awesome water hose. I actually have three of these now. Two are permanently fixed to the house in the front and back for watering. They've withstood the elements for years now and show NO signs of wear. Couplings are SOLID and haven't corroded at all. The spring type housing at the main connector is great for keeping it from kinking at the nozzle if pulled too hard. You can park a 3/4 ton truck on it and the water still flows. And yes, it RARELY kinks, if ever. My third unit is kept in a camping trailer as a city water hookup at the deer lease. I needed one this long to reach a windmill pump house. It too has braved some serious elements and looks brand new. However, because of it's build quality, when you roll this bad boy up, it is QUITE heavy. This will be the last hose you ever buy, no matter the application.

Great Hose
By Ft Worth Pharm
This hose merits me taking the time to write my first product review. I have 1.3 acres with lots of new trees and flower beds in Fort Worth, TX. So I have a lot of hand watering that I need to do. This hose is great for 2 primary reasons. First, it does not kink. It can be coiled up in multiple places and as you pull it to straighten it out it does not kink (first hose that I can say that about). Secondly, I love the 3/4 inch diameter. To get to the back of the property I have to put two 100-ft hoses together. With the previous 5/8 hoses plus an occasional kink I would have VERY low water flow by the time the water got to the end of the hose. The larger diameter hose lowers the resistance and increases the flow (plus I am on a well so I have lower water pressure than most people in the city so this is an important factor for me). I have been using this hose for about 3 months and I have like it so much that I purchased 2 more. I run three hoses for about 2 1/2 hours at a time when I hand-water in the evening so it has had a good work-out. One cautionary note. I did buy a lower rated NeverKink hose (non-commercial duty hose) in a 5/8 size at Target. It is OK but not nearly as good as this series in the 3/4 inch size.
