Sprung a leak after a week.

I bought two of these, and one sprung a leak (about a foot from the upstream end of the hose) after a week of use. So much water leaks from the hole that it no longer works as a soaker. Until then, it worked well, providing good soaking action.

Great soaker hose

These things are great. I was especially impressed because the 50' length of area needing soaking is on a very steep slope, and the soaker hose appears to water fairly evenly over its length. I needed a soaker because the rain water usually just runs off the ground surface without ever getting down to the roots of the plants. So, I buried this soaker hose about 2", mated it with a digital timer for 2 hours every morning, with the spigot valve set for a light flow. Works great! Absolutely no problems. Highly recommended.
