Junk for sale

I had previously reviewed this item when it arrived. Since it was still winter, the hoses were not put to use. When I did use them, one hose was totally unusable --- spewing a stream of water. Duct taped it and tried to move forward. On the second use, a second hose started a spinkler stream. More duct tape and looked for replacements. Luckily found some replacements at Costco (whose soaker hoses had the same problems last year). Third one just blew apart a 3 week or so ago.I have been going round and round with the seller. Seems they have a 30 day guarantee. So I guess they expect everyone to order hoses a few days before they are needed.I would not recommend this seller and would not recommend this product. Junk! Pure junk! Zero customer service.I'll be trying to return them to the manufacturer. They will probably not honor their 7 year warranty, if things keep going this way.

I purchased several different Element Brand soakeres and the all leaked at the hose connection, no matter what I did. The Swan did not leak after I added a hose washer.

Good water conservation

The water in our area is very expensive and this hose helps conserve it. The water is directed into the roots without much lose to evaporation and no runoff. I recommend using it with a timer so you get the coverage you need. I've only used it for two months, but is holding up well and appears to be well built.
