Lightweight and drinking safe!

I needed a drinking water safe hose for doing water changes on my saltwater fish tank. This hose is prefect! It is lightweight, potable water safe, and coils up easily for storage. If you need a hose thats safe for drinking water look no futher! The price on amazon was much cheaper that local stores as well.

Hose that swells,slides off hose coupling, and kinks.

This hose is the biggest disappointment. It a swelled when warm water is turner on, and then it was slipping off the end of my Gilmour plastic hose repair coupling. It always kinks. Just spend a couple of bucks more and get NeverKink hose for marine hoses that really do the job.

I bought one of these 2 years ago only it was 25 ft instead of 50. It has been a great hose, much easier to use around my flower beds and so forth, amazing how something being lighter weight makes it easier and more maneuverable. It makes watering less frustrating, with the heavier ones I am always knocking something over that it gets hung up on. The 25 foot one has held up very well. I've got it in front of my house. Now I'm going to get one of these 50-foot ones for my backyard. I've tried getting other ones at another mass merchandise store - a little cheaper and also not as good so I'm back for this one because it holds up really well too. I'm sold, its this or nothing! AND the price is right!
