Heavy Duty-good price

Though mostly green, there is a silver stripe that makes it easy to see on a green lawn. This is a very heavy hose and it does take some work to wind it up if it is cool outside, but that is a small issue, considering the number of hoses we bought over the years for much more and they failed, either bursting a seam or the connection would break.The connection is great, no leakage at the wall connection. The price is quite a bit lower than the big box store down the street. Would buy again.

You can't go wrong with a Teknor Apex hose. I just wish more local stores carried the brand. Teknor Apex is one of the best hoses on the market today. I believe all the hoses they manufacture are Made in the USA. This is my second Teknor Apex hose. They are bullet proof hoses, made of high quality, durable material that will last a very very long time. I do recommend buying a hose reel to store and wind the hose. 100ft is a lot of rubber to contend with.

I have purchased two different hoses in a 3 week period both were returned after one use. They both kinked up & one would crack wherever there was a kink. Took longer to un-kink than anything else. I found the Apex 8560 on Amazon and decided to give it a shot after reading the reviews. I must say it is one of the best I have ever had. No kinks rolls out very easily. I was very impressed with it. The only thing is that it is heavy, but if that what it takes for a hose that works great I will live with it.
