Flexon 100 foot medium duty garden hose

First, the hose that arrived at my home was a good looking buff/beige color -- not the green in th description picture. And I am pleased about that. This hose is easy to see amoung the greenery of my lawn and garden. Second, I am very pleased that this hose is light weight and easy to move around. I don't really water my front lawn area that much, so a super heavy duty hose did not make sense to me. Third, ths is a USA made hose. Fourth, it has a guard grip on the end you attach to the spigot that makes attaching it very easy and keeps it from kinking in this area. I could go on and on about this hose, but, you need to know that compared to the last hose that I purchase at Amazon -- which was a super heavy duty no kink one that is difficult for me to manuever (but that I love anyhow) -- this hose is more in-line with the kind that I need for my garden application. That it is easy to use given its length is really important to me. As someone who is 5'2" tall and does not have alot of upper body strength, I was looking for a hose that was light weight, but not light duty. This hose fits the bill.

Why can't they make a garden hose that doesn't kink???? I had high hopes for this based on reviews, but it's no better than any other garden hose I've ever had...it's so frustrating! So now instead of having 50 or 75 feet of kinking hose - now I have 100 feet! GGRRRR

hose kinks easily

the hose is not as pictured was grey with green stripe. the female cover to hook up to faucet helps for not being stressed at faucet end.
