Inserted washers (included); rolled out hose ; connected garden hose ; applied25 % maximum water flow ; 50 psig maximum pressure ; no major leaks at metal fittings; sprinkling is uniform and works fine. I bought it to water 50 foot rows of sweet corn, bought 2 hoses. I have been using soaker hoses; one from sears 15 years ago worked fair , a recent one from china bought at home depot ( about worthless). I believe that this hose will work fine. Highly recommended. Have had it 4 days.

I have a short 3 foot wide strip of grass that is along my property fence. This hose works great for watering. Much better coverage than you can get with the typical soaker hose you get at your home center. The only problem was that mine arrived missing the end cap.

fine for a long skinny garden

I have plantings that I can't water efficiently in any other way. This works great - set it out, turn on the water, pick it up and move it to the next section, repeat. I haven't found a 5-star sprinkler yet, this one is finicky about being laid out flat so that the spray goes where it should go.
