Great product and amazing customer service !!!!

I bought a75ft 3/4 Water Right blue hose in sep 8 2010 and for a reason after a great happy used the hose connector brooked, so I said to myself great now I have to deal with the manufacture warranty Hassel .. great . but when I contacted Water Right inc and I was blow out of a 100% Hassel free amazing customer service and in less than 3 min in the conversation they are sending a new replacement right to my home without asking me 100 questions and take a lie detector and without having to send the old broken one back to them before they send me a new one...Great hose and amazing customer service!! I will be buying more of their products in the future...

I ordered this hose expecting it to work great, which is does EXCEPT it has two female ends! I'm confused. How do I connect to a nozzle???UPDATE: I emailed the company and within 24 hours they had written back to send me a new hose. Absolutely hassle-free. I couldn't have asked for better customer service!

Great Healthy Hose that is easy to store

I really like this hose- what a nice difference from the regular kind. 3 things I really like about it:1. coils up nicely, you don't need something to store or wind the hose and it doesn't get tangled up or kinked2. has nice long "tails" on either end make it easier to hook up to the faucet (this is a problem with cheaper coiled hoses)3. appears to be lead free so it is healthy to use on my veggies, berries and plants, and I don't have to worry about the dog drinking up water from the hoseIt is an expensive investment, but well worth it for a sturdy worry-free product!
